They say when you pick the lehua flower, it rains.
In Hawaiian moʻolelo, the lehua and the ʻŌhiʻa tree are lovers separated by a curse — their reunion marked by rain. Around here, we’ve learned to live with it.

Wahiawā is known for its rain and we wouldn’t have it any other way. It soaks into the red dirt, keeps the valleys green, and nourishes the pineapple fields that fed generations. That rain raised us too, foggy mornings, muddy fields that would stain our shoes with redness.

We grew up wiping our shoes at the door, riding the bus in damp hoodies, and cheering under umbrellas on Friday nights. The rain, dirt and smell of riped pineapple is our uniform.

Our logo brings all that together:
🌺 A lehua bloom for the school that shaped us.
🍍 A pineapple body for the town that fed us.
and the binding negative space is a subtle “W” for Wahiawā.

Leilehua Heritage is for the locals, the alumni, the students, the teachers, and everyone who still calls this place “home” even if they’ve moved three time zones away.

Worn with pride. Washed in memories. Slightly stained (on purpose).

Wear the rain, the roots, and the red dirt.
It looks good on you.

Our signature hue is Wahiawā’s red dirt dyed into all red colored products, faded into every field, memory, and pride.

Not everything’s stained by the soil, but every color tells a story. From pineapples to pep rallies, each tone is rooted in Wahiawā pride. Every piece is made from 100% organic materials, because heritage should feel good and do good.

Designed for alumni, future Mules, teachers, and townies , merch that feels local, lived in, and lasting

It started with planning our 20th high school reunion (because apparently 2005 was THAT long ago .)

While brainstorming ways to fundraise, I thought , wouldn’t it be cool if we had alumni merch that wasn’t just a one-off shirt, but something that really captured the essence of Wahiawā? Something rooted in our small town spirit, red dirt pride, and the kind of memories that stick long after graduation.

Growing up in the heart of Oʻahu, we’ve seen classmates come and go , military families transferring out, friends moving off-island, or starting new chapters far from home. And aside from a yearbook, some photos, and maybe a diploma, there wasn’t much we could carry with us.

So I thought: Why stop at reunion merch?

Leilehua Heritage was born from that idea, to become a brand that lets alumni, fans, teachers, and visitors take a real piece of Wahiawā home with them. Whether you’re stationed far away or just feeling a little nostalgic, these pieces are for you. Worn with pride, made with purpose, and always carrying a bit of rain, dirt, and heart.
